I would not recommend Vansdirect because
My van had a small mark on it
The air on doesn’t work
The roll bar was not attached properly
Payment taken out 6 days after receiving van !

I would like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding service I received from Amanda Jenkins at Van Direct.
Amanda contacted me first thing in the morning after I had enquired about a Ford Transit Courier van. I explained that I was looking for a white, black, grey or silver van, that it needed to be automatic and petrol, and that I intended to put down a £3,000 deposit on a hire purchase agreement.
From the very first conversation, Amanda made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. We even chatted about Wales, as Amanda has a lovely Welsh accent, my father is Welsh, and I had recently returned from a trip there myself. It never felt like I was speaking to a salesperson—it felt like I was speaking to someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help make things happen for me.
Before long, Amanda came back to me with different finance options for a Silver Ford Transit Courier Trend. Once I had chosen the payment option that suited me best, she immediately got the ball rolling and worked hard to secure the vehicle for me.
Throughout the entire process, Amanda was absolutely incredible. She constantly kept in touch, checked in to make sure everything was progressing, answered any questions I had, and whenever there was a delay or I hadn’t heard from another department, she chased things up on my behalf. I honestly felt like she was in my corner every step of the way.
There was a point where I had spoken to someone regarding the finance side of things and then heard nothing further. As soon as I mentioned it to Amanda, she immediately took ownership of the situation, arranged for someone else to look into it, and ultimately helped secure finance through Ford.
At the same time, I had been dealing with another company regarding a different van, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. There were delays, issues with transferring the vehicle to Glasgow, and the whole process felt like a rollercoaster. Amanda kept reassuring me, telling me to hang in there and trust the process, and she was absolutely right.
Thanks to Amanda’s dedication, persistence and exceptional customer service, I am now the proud owner of a brand-new Ford Transit Courier Trend, and it is an absolute beauty.
I genuinely feel that Amanda and I went on a journey together that week. She is one of the sweetest, kindest and most dedicated people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Van Direct are incredibly fortunate to have her on their team.
Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Amanda. She went above and beyond for me, and I will always be grateful for everything she did. She is worth her weight in gold and is a true credit to your company.
In my opinion, Amanda deserves Sales Representative of the Week, Month and Year. She is an absolute superstar.
